Stainless steel cookware is a great choice for safe cooking. Many non-stick coatings like teflon are safe-but once they get scratched or overheated they can start to leak chemicals into the food that are according to some scientific studies and possibly dangerous condition.

Stainless steel cookware is very safe. Stainless steel is a mix of different metals: iron, chromium and nickel. Iron, as you are probably aware of is not a dangerous metal for the human body-one of the healthy aspects of spinach for example is that it has a lot of iron.

About nickel-nickel really isn't something that you want to put in your body. Fortunately when you cook with stainless steel cookware there is very little nickel leaking into the food-so little that scientists and medical professionals consider it absolutely safe. The only people to whom the nickel might pose athreat are people who have nickel allergies. If you have a nickel allergy I suppose you already talked to your doctor about that. Since stainless steel cookware is used in so many public places (restaurants, etc.) I suppose that it still is normally not that big of a threat, but again, check with your doctor.

Blenders

6-8 medium-large frozen or fresh strawberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder of

4 ounces of peanut butter (smooth does better)
2 tsp of cocoa powder
* Extra peanuts can be added, but not required

For some of us, we were born to shop and we have a true knack for always buying the right gift. Then there are the rest of us. Everyone has those people on the list who are just 'impossible.' But are they really? First of all you have to have a list. The biggest way to overspend is to not have a list of recipients and a budget before you hit the pavement. To get you thinking about gift ideas, here are a few rules of the road for that special someone in your life.

For Her:
Do not buy her something practical unless she has specifically asked for it. However, if she did, make sure you know exactly what she wants. A blender is not a blender is not a blender. Clothing: You can go sooo wrong with this. Be careful. Know her size and know her style. Gift Certificates: While this is an easy fix to a big problem, it can scream I don't know what else to buy you. Do not buy a gift certificate to the mall or department store. Use the same philosophy with gift certificates as with gifts. Know the person's style. If she loves DIY, then try a gift certificate for lessons (pottery class, art lessons, even DIY home improvement if she is in to that). If she needs to relax and unwind, gift certificates to a spa are a great idea. Now, you have the gift certificate and you put a lot of thought into so don't blow it on the packaging. A plain white or store envelope is not the way to go. Package it with a product from the store (i.e. aromatherapy if doing the spa idea) or her favorite wine, chocolates, etc. Remember that just because it is a gift certificate, does not mean it should not be treated like any other gift. And here is the big one: Buy what she likes not what you like!
For Him:
Practical works for men but only if it is something he wants, not something you think he should have to do a chore on the "to do" list. Clothing: Same rule applies for men as for women. Know his size and his style. Now some of you are reading this and saying but I don't like what he wears. This is not the time to reform him. If you don't like what he wears then don't buy him clothing for the holidays OR buy him a gift certificate for a personal shopper that he can use in any manner he wants. Gift Certificates: For men, you need to be specific. Many women don't mind shopping but most men do. Gift certificates to internet vendors that he frequents are good. Mall gift certificates are not. And again, follow the simple rules for packaging the gift certificate. Don't use the plain white or store envelope. And now the big one: Sports/Hobby equipment or Electronics. If you are going to buy your guy something to accentuate his hobbies or activities then make sure that is what it actually does. If he is a sports enthusiast then he most likely has brands or styles of equipment that he prefers. Talk to his sports buddies or check out sports experts online before buying him something he doesn't want or need. Use the same philosophy when buying electronics. Research what is best for his needs and buy the best you can afford in your price range. If you know he wants a specific product and it is out of your budget, do not buy second best. Choose another idea.
For the one who has it all:
The BusyB Herself will tell you that you have to work pretty hard to find her someone who truly has it all and for whom she can't find a creative gift. However, if you have someone who does not need nor want, try something different. There are a multitude of charitable organizations out there who do want and need. Think about his/her passions. For example: if he/she is really into animals then make a donation to the local shelter on his/her behalf and then package it with the donation letter as well as something from the organization or a magazine/book on the subject.

College-k- k You will need to take a few college courses before you even begin the process of getting a loan and opening a bar. You should first take a class on bar-tending. This will teach you the proper way to make drinks and all the tricks of the trade. Then you will need to take a few different business courses. You should be very knowledgeable about your business and this is the best way to get there. Once you have finished this, you can then move onto how much money it will cost to open a bar.

Structure- k-0k You will need to either find an empty building or purchase a rundown bar to start with. Either way you choose, you will need to gut the entire place and start from scratch. Have the inside and outside completely redone. The walls, floors, roof if needed, bathrooms, kitchen area and anything else that you may want.

Equipment- k-k You can always start off with the cheaper versions, and upgrade as your business grows. Anyone starting from scratch does this. To get going you will need your basic bar equipment such as glasses, cocktail shakers, blenders, plates, sanitary items and everything else in this area. Along with that, you will need bar stools, tables, counters, bar sets and items of this nature.

License k-k You will need to purchase a business license along with a liquor license for your first time. Both of these will need to be renewed each year as well. Along with that you will need to have high paying insurance.

This recipe was whipped up by my lovely wife when she was craving something savory. No fancy equipment, dehydrating or high-powered blenders necessary; just a knife, cutting board, bowl and fork! Step 1 - open one or two avocadoes, pit and scoop out the flesh. Step 2 - mash your avocado into a mushy consistency. Step 3 - mix in some prepared taco seasoning powder (or your own fave taco blend. When using prepackaged stuff remember organic is best but, at the least try to avoid brands that use wheat flour or monosodium glutamate.) to taste! Your taco filling is complete! Now to serve it up right! Wash several large leaves of romaine lettuce and cut off the extra stemmy-bit on the bottom. This is your crunchy taco shell! When you're marketing your business, you need to know two things: who bought your product, and why they bought your product.

Every marketing advice, revolves around the knowing your target market. Without knowing and understanding your target market, it would be very difficult for you, as a business owner, to be successful in your industry.

Again, this is the reason why targeting is so important - not only should you target those who are in need of your services, but most importantly, those who really acted on an offer and bought a product.

Some questions most likely to be running in your mind would be who actually purchased your product? What made them do so? Why did they choose you over your competition? What makes you different? And what can you do to encourage them to do a repeat purchase?

It is no secret that one of the primary factors people look at when deciding on what product to purchase is the cost that the transaction would incur. People are prone to purchase things they need given it's at an agreeable price. Seldom do they acquire a need or a want without having to consider the money involved, or even the time it takes to buy such things.

Money and Time.

The economical use of these two resources is the utmost priority of your clients. If you can take into account how much of your customers' money can your business help save and how easy and fast the process is to acquire it, your clients would more than gladly shell out their hard-earned bucks for you in no time.
